Your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s how our return process works.

30-Day Return Period

You can return any Circularium product for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

RMA is Required

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning a product. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. This helps us track and process your return efficiently.

Refunds vs. Replacements

Full refunds are only issued within the 30-day return window. After 30 days, we cannot issue a refund. For issues covered under warranty after this period, we will provide a replacement unit or parts.
