Warranty Periods

  • All Aquariums: 6-Month Limited Warranty

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send any product back without an RMA number, as it will not be processed. You can request an RMA through our help center.

Coverage Details

Our warranty provides for the repair or replacement of defective components. After the initial 30-day return period, only replacement units or parts will be issued for valid warranty claims, not refunds. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
